| Authors should submit papers electronically only using the on-line submission interface available at Paper Submission. |

| Accepted and presented papers will be published in the AACL(Advanced and Applied Convergence Letters) proceedings. Submissions should include abstract, key words, the e-mail address of the corresponding author, and must not exceed 4 pages, including tables and figures, according to the IEEE.

| Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper. The conference proceedings of ICCPND 2014 will be published in English by IIBC and some selected papers are to be published in the special issue of the international journal-IJASC (www.ijasc.org), IJIBC (www.ijibc.org). We plan to publish some excellent papers to SCOPUS Journal, and recommend it to SCI(E) indexed journal. |
